How do I sign up?
You can apply online through our website or visit us in person. For assistance, call or WhatsApp +357 99 180120.
Upon subscription, you will receive the keys for your physical mailbox. A non-refundable fee of €10.00 applies for the lock and keys provided. Following cancellation or termination of a mailbox subscription, a new lock and key set is installed for security purposes.
Mailbox subscriptions remain active until their expiration date and may be renewed or extended as required.
If a mailbox subscription expires, mail and parcels will no longer be distributed or processed under the mailbox address. Customers will be contacted using the latest contact details provided on file. If no renewal is received within two months from the expiration date, the mailbox will be considered inactive and any current or future mail may be returned to sender in accordance with our operational policies.
Please refer to our “Mailbox Usage & Recipient Policy” and “Parcel Handling & Storage Policy” sections for additional terms relating to mailbox usage, recipient authorization, parcel handling, storage, and unclaimed items.
This policy applies to both Physical and Virtual Mailbox subscriptions provided by Apelia Mailboxes.
Each mailbox subscription is valid only for one household or one business group under the registered mailbox holder.
The mailbox address may be used for personal correspondence, family members living in the same household, and businesses owned or managed by the registered subscriber.
Use of the mailbox address by unrelated third parties, separate households, undeclared persons, or unauthorized users is not permitted, including use under the subscriber’s name.
Immediate family members living in the same household may be added to the recipient list upon submission of a copy of their ID/passport. Business owners may also use the same mailbox address for multiple businesses owned or managed by them.
Occasional parcel collection by an authorised person is permitted with the mailbox holder’s approval. However, for security, traceability, claims handling, or verification purposes, Apelia Mailboxes may require collection by the registered mailbox holder for certain parcels or items.
The registered mailbox holder remains responsible for all mail, parcels, deliveries, and authorized recipients connected to the mailbox address.
Mailbox subscriptions are intended for normal personal or business mail usage and temporary parcel holding only.
Small and standard items may be held until collection within normal operational capacity. Oversized parcels, excessive parcel volume, relocation shipments, commercial quantities, or long-term storage may require prior approval and may be subject to additional handling or storage charges depending on space and operational requirements.
Apelia Mailboxes reserves the right to request collection, apply additional handling/storage charges, limit future deliveries, refuse items, or return items where parcel volume, size, frequency, or operational requirements exceed the normal intended use of the mailbox service.
Upon expiration or cancellation of a mailbox subscription, mail and parcels will no longer be accepted or processed under the mailbox address.
Customers will be contacted using the latest contact details provided on file. If the mailbox is not renewed within two months from the expiration date, any remaining unclaimed mail or parcels may be returned to sender, refused, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the discretion of Apelia Mailboxes depending on the nature, size, storage requirements, condition, or operational impact of the items.
Where items remain unclaimed for extended periods after mailbox expiration or cancellation, or where parcels appear damaged, leaking, suspicious, perishable, hazardous, or otherwise pose operational or safety concerns, Apelia Mailboxes reserves the right to take appropriate action, including refusal, return to sender, secure disposal, inspection where legally required or reasonably necessary for safety purposes, and/or notification of the relevant authorities.
