Upon rental, you'll receive three keys for your mailbox. A refundable deposit of €10.00 is required for the keys, which will be returned to you upon cancellation of the mailbox, provided all three keys are returned. Please note our rental policy: starting from November 20, 2014, if a mailbox rental expires, mail will not be distributed to it. Instead, we'll contact you via phone and place a renewal notification in your mailbox. If we're unable to reach you and no renewal occurs within two months, we'll consider the mailbox no longer needed, and mail will be returned to the sender.

 

Our mailboxes come in a standard size, designed to accommodate various types of mail. Each mailbox measures:

  • Height: 13.5 cm
  • Depth: 32 cm
  • Width: 24 cm

You'll find that an A4 envelope fits easily inside. Renting a mailbox with us ensures you can receive normal mail, small packets, large parcels, registered items, and courier mail. If a package is too large for your mailbox, we'll notify you via SMS or phone call, allowing you to collect it during opening hours. Our dedicated team sorts mail into the mailboxes daily for your convenience.
