Upon subscription, you will receive the keys for your mailbox. A non-refundable fee of €10.00 is required for the keys and lock provided to you. After cancellation of any mailbox, a new set of lock and keys are installed.
Based on our subscription policy, when a mailbox subscription expires, mail will not be distributed. We'll contact you via sms and email. If we're unable to reach you and no renewal occurs within two months, we'll consider the mailbox no longer needed, all current and future mail will be returned to the sender.
Mailbox Address sharing is not allowed. Each Mailbox Address is valid only for one household/business (the applicant and family/business).
